Returns & Refunds
Because every piece is made just for you, our return policy is a little different — but we're always here to make things right if something goes wrong.

Important: All our products are handcrafted and personalised to order. We cannot accept returns due to change of mind. Returns are only possible for items that arrive damaged or defective, and only with an unboxing video as proof.

When Can You Return?
- ·Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent.
- ·Since every product at The Bee Palette is custom-made or personalised specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference — these items cannot be re-sold or reused for another customer.
- ·All sales of personalised, engraved, or custom-printed products are final once the order is confirmed.

Mandatory: Record Your Unboxing
- ·A clear, unedited video of the unboxing is required for all return and damage claims. Start recording before you open the package — from the sealed, intact parcel.
- ·The video must show the outer packaging, the unsealing, and the condition of the product as received. Without this video, we are unable to process damage or missing-item claims.
- ·This protects both you and us — it ensures every claim is genuine and processed fairly.

Confirm Before We Dispatch
- ·For all custom and personalised orders, we send a digital preview (design proof) before production begins. Please review it carefully — name spellings, dates, colours, and layout.
- ·Once you approve the proof and production starts, changes cannot be made. Errors in the approved proof are not eligible for returns.
- ·For orders without a preview (standard products), please double-check your shipping address and order details at checkout. We dispatch quickly, so corrections may not be possible after order placement.

How to Initiate a Return
- ·Email thebeepalette26@gmail.com with: your order number, a description of the issue, photos of the damage, and your unboxing video (link or attachment).
- ·Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps. Do not return any item without written approval from us — unapproved returns cannot be processed.
- ·Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or replacement is actioned within 5–7 business days.

Refunds
- ·Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method — card, UPI, or wallet.
- ·COD orders are refunded via bank transfer. Please share your account details when raising the claim.
- ·Shipping and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable unless the return is entirely our fault.

Gift Wrapping Policy
- ·Every order is packed with premium gift paper and bubble wrap — included as standard.
- ·Gift wrapping is free on orders above ₹1,000. A ₹30 wrapping fee applies to orders below ₹1,000.
- ·Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
